I started building YHub because I was tired of setting up servers myself.
Every new client, website, or service meant doing it all again: setting up the environment, connecting everything, and making it secure. The project already worked on my computer, but there was still plenty to do before anyone else could use it.
I wanted my own tool to publish a project in a few clicks. I was also curious how many websites I could fit on one small Linux server.

The experiment got out of hand
Hosting websites revealed another kind of repetitive work. Almost every app needs users, data, and file uploads. Some need scheduled tasks. You end up writing and configuring similar things for each project.
That is how YHub grew into a ready-made backend. The common features are already there; your app connects to them through an API.

When I started YHub, working with a language model meant asking a question in a chat, copying the code into files, running it, and checking the result. Then going back to the chat.
Over time, agents learned to work on projects independently. I wondered: why not tell them what YHub can do and let them manage projects?
Now an agent can build an app around YHub’s capabilities, connect the backend, and publish the result. I use voice input myself and say, “Deploy this to YHub.” I don’t even need to click anymore.
